Prithviraj and Wife Supriya Invest Big in Mumbai with Rs 30 Crore Luxury Flat

Actor Prithviraj and his wife, Supriya Menon, have made a significant investment in Mumbai's upscale Bandra locality, where Bollywood superstars and business magnates often reside. The couple has purchased a luxury flat measuring 2,971 square feet for Rs 30 crore under the banner of their company, Prithviraj Productions. According to reports from real estate agency Square Yards, a stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crore was paid for the transaction, which was finalized on September 12. Additionally, a registration fee of Rs 30,000 was also paid.

Recently, Manappuram Finance Managing Director and CEO V.P. Nandakumar also purchased an apartment in Prime Carter Road, Bandra West, for Rs 41.25 crore. This new acquisition by Prithviraj marks another major investment by a Malayali in the posh Bandra area.

This flat is the second property in Mumbai owned by Prithviraj and Supriya. They had previously bought a residence in Pali Hill for Rs 17 crore. The couple's new property places them in the company of other notable celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, and cricketers K.L. Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja, who have all invested in the same locality.

Prithviraj, who is actively involved in both cinema and business, recently invested in the Super League Kerala Football League as well. He owns the franchise rights for Force Kochi, based in Ernakulam.
